Hi, Time for my latest order, so that I can sell stuff in London this coming Sunday. 15 boxes (100 sheets) of the usual 9-pocket pages, please, and 1 box of the 6-pocket pages, plus do you have the 3-pocket pages with one pocket above and two below, suitable for "photocards", now? If so, 3 boxes please! 3 packs (of 100) of black deck protectors, 1 pack of green deck protectors, 10 packs (= one display) of the new blue deck protectors, 12 packs of the cheaper, regular deck protectors, and just 3 packs of the card protectors...that sounds about right. As far as acrylic storage boxes go, 10 of the 250-size, 2 of the 200-size, 12 of the 150-size, 12 of the 100-size, 6 of the 50-size, and 6 of the 25-size, plus only 2 of the 70p type that hold deck protectors, 3 of the (clear) 4-compartment ones and 1 of the (black) ditto, and 10 of the tall/widescreen/gamesday types. For snaplock boxes, 200 of the 100-size, 100 of the 50-size, 100 of the 25-size, and 100 of the 15-size. For portfolios, 4 of the 9-pocket Collector Card type, please. For albums, 6 of the non-sport album (navy) and 6 of the collector card album (navy - and if either one is out of stock, increase the other by 3 to 9 please! 10 more packs (of 25) of the regular 3" by 4" top loaders would be good - clear for preference, but assorted colours would do. And I am still in the market for 100 of the 1-screw screw-downs, the 40p type, and 100 packs (of 100) of the stor-safe card sleeves. So, that is about it; I have avoided making this a list, in the hopes that this more "chatty" format will be easier for you to read. notes: only 5 of the tall/widescreen boxes received; instead of 100 Stor Safe packs of sleeves, I received 87 "good" packs of U.P. Platinum, 10 packs completely open at one end, 1 pack with no printing on (not Platinum, as the bag holding them was flimsier and had a breathing-hole in it), and 1 Stor Safe pack! |

5th March: Hi Zoe, I have not seen an invoice or packing note for last week's delivery, or details of the sale you mentioned. I think you said an order of over £1200 was eligible for a useful discount, so I hope this order, for delivery please this week ahead of the Sunday 11th Card Mart at Camden Centre, will qualify. If there is any problem, do let me know! Let's start with 4 cases of the usual 11-hole 9-pocket pages, then 6x100 of the 6-pocket pages, and 4x100 of the 3-pocket (246D, the one across and two down type). A case of 12 of the Collector Card Albums (navy), 4 displays of 10x100 Clear Deck Protectors, 1 display each (10x100) of the Red, Blue, Green and Black Deck Protectors, 1 case of 9-pocket portfolios (Collector Card) and 1 case of 9-pocket portfolios (Create-a-Theme), 1 case of the 4-pocket portfolios (Collector Card), 4 displays (10x100 each or course) of the Card Protectors, 100 1-screw screw-downs (81139), 100 of the packs of the Stor Safe card sleeves (not Platinum!), a case of 40 of the packs of top loaders 3"x4", a case of 200 of the 100-size acrylic storage boxes, a case of 100 of the 150-size ones, 40 of the 200-size ones, 50 of the 250-size ones, 30 of the widevision ones, 20 of the 50-size ones, 20 of the 25-size ones, 50 of the "Holds Deck Protectors" ones (81162), 6 of the clear 4-compartment ones, 4 of the black 4-compartment ones, and 5 packs of the widevision top loaders, plus 10 packs of the widevision soft sleeves. That seems to come to safely over the £1200 mark, pre-discount - do let me know of any problems, and when this week they will arrive. 26th April 2001 Hi, There seem to be a number of things not quite right on the latest invoice; quite a few items did not have the 10% discount applied (although some did) - I assume the discount would apply to the slightly-reduced items, as knocking a fiver off a case of 4-pocket mini-pages is rather less than 10% itself... So, my calculations of missing discounts are £3.24 + £2.28 + £7.50 + £3.96 + £8.00* + £7.00 + £2.50, with three items between those last two figures discounted correctly. The * item is the acrylic storage boxes (100 size) - while I appreciate the 40p each price, I only had four small cases of them, containing 25 units each, making 100 rather than 200. Are you crediting or going to add to the next delivery the missing 40 acrylic storage boxes (150 size) from invoice #3629? The same question applies to the 100 of the (100 size) mentioned above, I guess! Do be sure to sell me some albums, navy, Collector Card and/or Non-Sport, next time. And do you have any more of the hinged snaplock storage boxes (100 size) in stock? If the supply situation in future is unsure, please do reserve a couple more cases for me if you have or will be getting them. I expect the easiest thing on the missing discounts, at least, is to credit my card, rather than carry it forward against the next order. Speaking of which, it would be nice to get an invoice copy with the delivery, either stuck in an envelope on the outside of one case, or with the case marked "documents inside" - not having the tally for some days has meant boxes knocking around unopened, which isn't the best way to do things... 24th May 2001: Hi Zoe, I still have an almost full case of the 55ct hinged boxes - it is more the 15 and the, um, 25/35-ish size I am after - and I expect I should have a couple of cases of the 100 size in my next delivery, which will be welcome in the week leading up to Sunday 10th June, when there is an event at the Royal National Hotel in Bloomsbury again. "Create-a-theme" 9-pocket portfolios I am well off for, but I could certainly do with a case of "collector card" ones. You just supplied me with a case of the photocard "1 across, 2 down" 3-pocket pages, so that will keep me going for ages. I suppose a display of ten packs of the clear deck protectors would be useful, and two displays of the Card protectors I do definitely need. Remember you owe me 100 of the 100-size two-piece boxes, invoiced (and taken off my credit card!) but not supplied, and 40 of the 150-size! 3 each of the black and burgundy Collector Card albums would be good. Perhaps you can e-mail me with what exactly you will be able to send, in good time, so that I can add other stuff it reminds me about? A customer of mine has phoned up to ask if I can get him 50 of the 8" by 10" toploaders, as seen on page 14 of the Ultra*Pro catalogue... #81146. He and his brother collect signed glossy photos, and sometimes they come already in one, while sometimes they don't! I don't see them on your price list, but they do sound like a line it would be worth offering. Do let me know if you can supply them, and a price, please.
